Eamon Scallon

Eamon is a partner with Scallon & Lynch.

He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and graduated from the University of Ulster at Jordanstown with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying with a Diploma in Industrial Studies.

Eamon has extensive experience in all aspects of residential and commercial quantity surveying. He has previously worked within a large contracting organisation and major residential developer.

Previous projects for both the public and private sector that Eamon has been involved in are:

• Large & medium scale,residential projects
• Large & medium scale, multi-storey apartment projects
• Healthcare projects
• Office building and accommodation projects
• Warehousing projects

Dermot Lynch

Dermot is a partner with Scallon & Lynch

He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and graduated from University of Ulster at Jordanstown with a BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying.

Dermot has many years experience in all aspects of residential and commercial quantity surveying. He has previously worked for a major UK Contractor, large residential developer and smaller construction companies.
